Annaliese Yukawa is a Senior Policy Advisor to Rep. Suzan DelBene (D-WA). Her portfolio includes tech and telecom, transportation and infrastructure, judiciary issues, and several Ways and Means issues. Before joining her current office, she served as a Professional Staff Member for the Oversight Committee and a Legislative Assistant for Gerald E. Connolly (D-VA). Before coming to Congress, Annaliese was a Senior Policy Analyst for political consulting firm, Mehlman Castagnetti Rosen & Thomas. She also worked for a technology think tank, semiconductor trade association, and several start-ups. Annaliese is on the co-Chair of the Congressional Tech Staffer Association, a former Fellow for the Internet Law & Policy Foundry, a co-founder of the Young Women in Tech Policy Coalition, and former Eben Tisdale Fellow. She grew up in Menlo Park, California and attended college in Santa Barbara, California.
