Brian Horn
Chief Operating Officer, Disability:IN
Brian is the Chief Operating Officer at Disability:IN, the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Together with the world’s leading companies, Disability:IN drives progress through benchmarking, consulting, learning and development, and leadership convenings that help organizations strengthen disability inclusion in practical, measurable ways. His leadership has helped connect long-range vision with day-to-day execution, supporting the systems, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration needed to scale the organization’s impact.
Before joining Disability:IN, Brian worked in public affairs and policy at GYMR Public Relations, the Council on Foundations, the office of U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, and on several congressional campaigns.
He previously served on the board of Pride and Less Prejudice and the Capital Pride Alliance, and he currently serves on the Advisory Council for the NextGen Chamber of Commerce.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and American studies from Hobart College and was named a “Top 40 LGBTQ Leader Under 40” by BEQ Pride Magazine in 2018.
