Brigadier General C. Stewart Rodeheaver

Stewart Rodeheaver was born and raised in Forsyth, Georgia. He graduated from Mercer University in 1985 with a degree in International Business Management. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the U.S. Army War College, where he earned a master’s degree in International Business Relations.
Major General (Ret) Stewart Rodeheaver served in the U.S. Army for 38 years. His tours included Central America, North Africa, and the Middle East, including a three-year command tour of Task Force Lightning where he commanded all US and Coalition forces in southern Iraq. While in Iraq he commanded 50 percent of the city of Baghdad and all of southern Iraq, including the Triangle of Death and the Syrian border. Significant to his command were 2 Depot level maintenance facilities. His combined asset valuation for fighting units and Depot Maintenance facilities was over $2 Billion dollars.
He earned several Awards for Excellence for his units and commands due to his focus on experiential learning and adding virtual, problem-based learning to the Army training program. This experience became the catalyst for founding Vizitech USA.
Rodeheaver has been awarded the Legion of Merit medal five times, Bronze Star Medal with the “V” device, Meritorious Service Medal five times, Army Commendation Medal seven times, and numerous other awards.
General Rodeheaver has been the President of Vizitech USA since 2009. Vizitech USA is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned, “breakaway educational technology” company involved in leading edge research and application of AI-powered unique three dimensional, virtual and augmented reality training environments. Vizitech has utilized its 3D and virtual training technologies to multiple government entities such as Chairman JCS, Ft. Huachuca Intel Center, US Army Crime Lab, and others. We have provided VR and AR programs to companies such as Gulfstream and Lockheed Aviation, Georgia Power Company and Mercedes, and has installed its technologies in a growing number of Colleges and Universities such as, University of Pikeville, KY; Colorado University, Augusta Medical College and Embry Riddle University. Our most important customers are the more than 4500 schools in the K-12 Educational market, and we are creating new K-12 products for schools, every day. We have received multiple government and civilian awards such as the “Maverick Award” at the US Army Distance Learning National Conference, three prestigious Telly Awards for high quality commercial 3D films, and Technology Association of Georgia/TechAmerica awards for both “Cool Technology” of the year award and “Technology Entrepreneur” of the year awards. The company was chosen by the Governor of Georgia as the best small business “Rock Star” for by CIO Review magazine in the top 20 Augmented Reality firms in the Nation, and, we were chosen by Silicon Review Magazine in the “30 Most Trustworthy Small Technology Companies of the Year Nationwide.”
